Well located, close to Borely Park and to the sea. Very helpful staff. Outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi : great for relaxing. Excellent French cuisine.
One small thing maybe : the view. My room was overlooking a petrol forecourt but it didn't matter really.

Very friendly staff! Got offered towels and refreshments (drinks) during exercising at the gym got offered free parking during our entire 9 day stay (due to noise of wedding party second night) key cards got replaced for free when lost 10-15 min from the beach by walk Bus 83 to Vieux-Port (old town center) Bikes "Le Velo" available for 1 EUR/hour everywhere in Marseille (also near hotel)
Ordered breakfast before 3:00am (around 2:49) on Sunday (hung form outside) and form was still there in the morning and no breakfast! Got a smoking room although my reservation clearly mentioned non-smoking room preference internet doesn't work well (extremely slow) hotel allows people to swim with clothes on (F.E. due to religious reasons), Personally I don't like to share the swimming pool with people other than those wearing swimsuits strict rules (for example you need to wear robe and slippers to go to swimming pool area) the owners of this hotel invite friends and family over for weddings. Almost every night there is a wedding. This means that you cannot go to the bar to have a drink as the place is occupied by the guests of the wedding. These guests get threated as VIP's compared to the regular hotel guests. During the day those guests take half of the swimming pool area (seats) and claim it as theirs. Even when they are not around for half a day you are not allowed to take the seat as they "might" come back … As a result you have to take satisfaction with the smaller pink chairs for the kids. At certain time one side of the pool was literally empty (no one was using the chairs for longer than 30 min) and the other side people were cramped together. Even seats were moved 90 degrees to have space to sit. People couldn't pass with children buggy's … Ridiculous! This really made me feel as a 2nd class hotel guest. Let there be no mistake. The staff is extremely friendly and wants to do everything to make your stay pleasant. It's the friends, family, acquaintances that the hotel owner invites that spoil the fun/atmosphere.

The breakfast options were varied and of high quality, setting a wonderful tone for the day.
Be cautious about leaving a bank card for security deposits, as it took weeks for my funds to be released after check-out.

The approach from reception was disgusting, no help what so ever The girls at the desk made us feel like second class citizens we ended up going somewhere else lost our money as there was an error with booking. Sorry I dint get the name of the girl at reception (I will advise anyone to stay away from this Hotel) on a scale 1 to 10 I give -100 for public relation, I strongly advise owners to retrain they staff and lay off the receptionist, you can check the date and who was on the roster.

A good escape by the sea
The hotel's ambiance was relaxing. Enjoyed lounging by the pool with a fantastic view of the racetrack. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the staff were attentive and friendly.
The location, while serene, was far from the city center was good. A minor inconvenience, but it did slightly hinder our exploration.

The room was exceptionally nice with free access included. The hotel had a suburban position short walk to multiple bus line, and the Vieux Port where there is loads of bars, resturants shops.
Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The staff were brilliant. We had a few problems and they dealt with this immediately. Our first room overlooked a garage and water was dripping outside the room. They moved us the next day to a superior room on the 4th floor and gave us a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit for the inconvenience (a nice touch)! Free bicycles to use when you please also a nice touch.
Internet connect was slow and unreliable. Bar prices (8 Euros for a beer). Breakfast was a bit manic, the resturant seemed to run out of spoons, bowls and salt. Parking was excessively expensive for where the hotel is. Ps! Don't move anything in the minibar or you will be charged for the privilege. The hotel did try this on, but we managed to get them to take this off the bill without any complications (kind of get the impression that they try this, knowing full well that nothing was taken)
